Shipping Policy

All orders will be sent within 5 working days after receipt of payment by the consumer.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 3 working days to arrive.

International shipping delivery times may vary from 7 to 30 working days.

Local country import tax and duties may apply to countries outside the European Union.

Return & Exchange Policy

If the consumer, for whatever reason, does not wish to retain the article, the consumer has the right to return the article to Nika Ravnik within 14 working days after taking delivery of the article (it needs to be post marked within these 14 days). We are not able to directly exchange goods, so if the consumer would like an exchange, the consumer will need to return the order first and place a new one. The consumer must first inform Nika Ravnik in writing via email of their intention, and must follow all further return conditions. This guarantee does not comply if the article has been worn or washed, or if the consumer has attempted to mend or alter the article in any way. Return merchandise will only be accepted if it is in the same condition as received, undamaged, unused, unwashed and the labels are still attached to the merchandise. Furthermore, the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid for by the consumer. Shipping costs and customs of returned merchandise are non-refundable. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, Nika Ravnik will reimburse the consumer for the returned article(s) within 30 working days after receiving it. If a payment is completed by credit card, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the consumer at the time of purchase.

 

The consumer has to include a copy of the emailed invoice with 'Return' written on it.
It is encouraged that the consumer sends the purchased product by a traceable method as we unfortunately cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

 

Most of the 'nika ravnik' products are handmade one-offs. If in an unfortunate case of receiving a faulty product, the consumer has to send us an email with images documenting the defected products within 7 working days of the delivery date. We kindly ask the consumer not to send anything back to us without our prior knowledge and confirmation. We need to establish the details of the damage before we decide how to return the item. It’s very important that we receive this information, as we are not always able to reimburse the consumer for the shipping costs afterwards. If the consumer receives our confirmation for the faulty product to be returned, we will reimburse the consumer for the returned faulty product and cover the shipping costs of the returned product in such case.
